Prepare Yourself for an Immersive Dining Experience at Sau Bay.  Your "dining room" is a waterfront table where you experience the sounds of nature while enjoying exquisite Fijian inspired cuisine, handcrafted cocktails and a selection of wines from California, Australia and Europe.

Our local chefs blend tropical Fijian foods including tapioca, taro, breadfruit, Fijian spinach, coconut, fresh fish; focusing on freshness while using the best of local fresh produce, including vegetables, fruits and herbs grown in our very own organic garden. Freshly baked breads and sumptuous desserts.

DAILY MEAL PLAN

BREAKFAST

Start every morning with a wholesome a la carte breakfast.  Start with a fruit smoothy or parfait, juice, tea, coffee, and a platter of fresh fruit and cereal.  Then select a main breakfast dish from our a la carte menu, which includes a variety of choices such as savory wraps, island style french toast and crepes, poached egg over island-style fried rice, among others.  Or just order your favorite "eggs any style".   

 

We also offer a variety of espresso drinks (nominal charge) featuring BULA Coffee to choose from to get you going on your daily adventures.

LUNCH

As part of our meal plan, guests enjoy a delicious two-course lunch featuring seasonal dishes crafted from fresh garden produce and locally sourced ingredients. Light, flavorful, and perfectly suited to tropical afternoons by the bay.

AFTERNOON SNACKS

Afternoons at Sau Bay include tropical snacks such as freshly cut coconut, handmade crisps, and authentic Fijian treats. Simple, flavorful, and deeply rooted in island food culture.

DINNER

Evenings at Sau Bay bring everyone together for a beautiful three-course dinner served al fresco. Fresh island ingredients, seasonal flavors, and thoughtful presentations create a dining experience that feels both comforting and memorable—perfect after a day of diving or exploring Fij

CATERING TO DIETARY NEEDS

We happily cater to many dietary needs from strict Vegetarian to Gluten Free to Vegan. If you have specific needs, please inform us priotr to your stay and we will do our best to accommodate you. We do have a nominal US$10/person/day surcharge for the gluten free meal plan. Rest assured that our specially prepared meals are as delicious as our standard menu options.
