Rainbow's End

Perhaps the second-most dived spot on the Rainbow Reef, Rainbow's End is characterized by strong currents that provide ample nutrients to the myriad of corals, algae, sponges and invertebrates that make this reef their home.

Known for its bright coral displays and rich biodiversity, the site features stunning bommies (coral towers) covered with soft corals in hues of pink, orange, and purple, giving divers a "rainbow" of colors to enjoy.  â€‹Marine species frequently sighted at Rainbow’s End include butterflyfish, angelfish, parrotfish, and large schools of fusiliers, as well as clownfish darting among anemones. Larger creatures like reef sharks, turtles, and manta rays are sometimes spotted, particularly between December and May when manta rays and turtles are more common. There are also various invertebrates such as nudibranchs and flatworms, making it a rewarding site for macro photography enthusiasts.
